Initiate Your Request
Log into your Greenlee account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the electronic device back in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
